Vigorous Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

    2 cans - Bush's Black Beans (seasoned)
    2 cans - Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 med. red onion - chopped
    1 clove garlice - minced
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tbsp. cilantro
    salt/pepper

Directions

Combine beans, onion, garlic, cumin and tomatoes in large pan. Cook 20 min. over medium heat. Stir occassionally.

Add water if soup too thick.

Sprinkle w/ cilantro, salt and pepper just before serving.
