Ingredients

whole chicken
2 tbsp evoo
1/2 tsp mrs dash
1/2 yellow onion (med)
1 garlic clove
Directions
rinse chicken, pat dry. Place in roastin pan (foil lined for easy clean up). rub chicken with evoo, sprinkle and rub with mrs dash. chunk onion and dice garlic - add to pan. add 1 cup water. cover with foil and bake for 1 hr. remove foil, baste, and continue to bake for an additional 20-30 min or until done.
