Ingredients

    6 potatoes, chopped
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    3 dashes salt
    4 dashes pepper
    4 tbsp. Smart Balance
    1 qt. soy milk
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

Chop potatoes, onion and celery. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 or 6 hours.
