Rabbit Soup - 1 cup per serving

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lb. rabbit
    1 cup white wine
    2 cups water
    1 whole onion
    1 cup carrots chopped
    1 cup celery chopped
    1 oz of lemon juice
    1 TBS of olive oil
    Thyme, oregano, garlic and onion to taste

Directions

Place water, wine, spices and oil in crockpot with rabbit and cook for 2 hours or until meat is falling off bones. Remove rabbit and add rest of ingredients. Debone rabbit and put meat back in pot. Cook for another hour.
