Spaghettini Carbonara

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *CATELLI spaghettini 85 g dry, 6 serving (remove)
    Bacon, 12 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Butter, salted, .35 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .35 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Parsley, 1.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Chop and cook bacon and set aside. Remove bacon rease from the pan. Beat the 4 eggs together and set aside til ready to toss in at the last minute. Boil spaghettini or angel hair pasta just before you are ready to eat. Melt butter and add parmesan cheese in the ban you cooked the bacon in.
When mixed together well, toss in the spaghettini and mix. Immediately add the eggs and stir around. Just get the eggs set, sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately.
