Ingredients

    Olive Oil--1 Tbsp
    Onion Chopped--1 small
    Tomato Chopped--1 small
    Garlic Minced--1 clove
    Ginger Minced--1 inch
    Peas Frozen--1/4 cup
    Soy Chunks(little crushed)--10 pieces
    Fresh Corriender leaves for garnishing
    Salt--to taste
    cayenne pepper--to taste
    Water--1 to 2 cups

Directions

Take a pan ,add olive oil and soute chopped onion,garlic and ginger.Add tomatoes,salt and cayenne Pepper.Add crushed soy( vegetable Protein) and peas.Add 1 to 2 cups of water and cover it,on medium heat.Wait until the soy gets soft. Garnish it with fresh corriender leaves.
