Asian Chicken Salad

    1 cup cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 cups cabbage shredded
    1/2 cup slice mushroom
    1/2 cup carrots grated
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 sliced green onions
    1 mandarine orange dvivided into sections


Mix all ingredients together and add 1/4 cup of non fatAsian or Oriental Salad dressing

    Absolutely loved the crunchy,refreshing mixture! I used low fat Asian ginger sesame dressing and WOW! Will have again tomorrow. Also, I want to try pork next time so my hubby will eat it!! - 9/6/11

  • Was a little hesitant about eating raw cabbage but I love cole slaw so gave it a shot..... it was delicious :) Didnt add the mushrooms or cilantro but, want to share with my family and friends! Loved it - 2/28/12

    Substitute zuccini for the cucumber and add 2 TBLS fresh ginger. Sautee all ingredients in 1-2 TBLS sesame oil until cabage is wilted - delisc! - 12/6/10

  • This was so delicious that I wanted to call people and tell them about it! I left out cule (didn't have) added 1 can sliced water chestnuts, added EXTRA cilantro (love it!), and used Newman's own lowfat sesame ginger. Ate it for breakfast it was so good! - 6/1/10
