Ingredients

    6 oz fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 banana
    1 TBS peanut butter
    2 TBS Nestle Quick (or other brand) chocolate milk powder
    1 TBS 1% milk

Directions

In a blender or large glass if using a stick blender combine all ingredients, blend until all ingredients are fully blended and creamy.
