T Homemade Granola
Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Coconut, raw, .6 cup, shredded (remove)
Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)
Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 10 serving (remove)
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
Maple Syrup, .5 cup (remove)
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
Spread mixtures onto rimmed baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and bake another 45 minutes until golden brown and beginning to crisp.
Stir in raisins and let cook completely.
Serving Size: Makes 50 2-ounce servings
