Claudette's Baked Cabbage and Onions

Introduction

Easy and so good. No liquid necessary in this recipe. Easy and so good. No liquid necessary in this recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 cups chopped cabbage
    2 large sliced white onions
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Preheat convection oven at 350 F.
Select a heavy, medium size, green cabbage.
Chop into bite size pieces. Slice 2 large white
onions.
Pour into foil lined medium roasting pan.
Add salt and pepper liberally for flavour.
Bake till tender, stirring every 20 min. or so.
