1 bundle Fresh Asapagus (about 20 spears)
1/4 Cup Light Cream Cheese (any flavor you desire - I prefer Onion and Chive)
1 Package Turkey Breast Lunch Meat
Shock asparagus in ice cold water immediately and leave for a few minutes, till they are cool to the touch.
Lay Asapargus on towl to dry.
On cutting board or flat surface, lay 2 slices (if thin, 1 if you are using thick lunch meat), lightly spread about a 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of Cream Cheese on lunch meat.
Then lay 1 spear of aparagus on one side of the lunch meat and roll the Turkey around the asparagus.
Then slide a tooth pick through the center.
Do this with all spears
