Introduction

Slow cooker beef slices, potato slivers, garbanzo beans, green beans and special seasonings. Slow cooker beef slices, potato slivers, garbanzo beans, green beans and special seasonings.

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 18 gram(s)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer/arrange beef slices to line the bottom of the pot.
Sprinkle onion powder and Allspice over the beef.
Wash/scrub the potatoes, then slice them lengthwise into approximately 16ths... layer these over the beef.
Spritz the potato and beef layers with Worcestershire sauce.
Drain and add in both the garbanzo beans and green beans.
Pour in the water.
Add the Italian Seasoning mix over everything.
Cover and set on Low.

Come time to serve, using a large chef's knife, slice down into the pot, dividing the whole thing into eights. This will ensure the meat is cut into correct portions.
