2 pounds ground beef 1 small onion, chopped finely 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 cup brown instant rice 1/2-1 cup ketchup 1/2-1 cup barbecue sauce 1-2 tbsp flour
Mix all ingredients except ketchup, barbecue sauce and flour in large mixing bowl. After well mixed, form 1 1/2-2 inch balls and place in a skillet with a little water in the bottom. You should have about 30 meatballs. Let cook until most of the way done, about 10 minutes. Mix ketchup, barbecue sauce and flour in a small bowl. Pour over the top of the meatballs and gently mix into the water being careful not to break up the meatballs. Cook another 5 minutes until meatballs are well cooked. Very flavorful! Enjoy!
