1 cup Flour
6 Tbsp Crisco shortening (I like butter-flavored)
1 tsp salt
Water (usually about 3-4 tbsp)
Add flour & salt in medium bowl. Cut in the crisco. Mix with a fork until crisco is evenly distributed. Add ice cold water until mixture is moist, but not sticky-wet. (Usually about 3-4 tbsp, but you have to go by the look/texture of the batter)
Roll out with rolling pin to desired thickness & shape. If you're baking the crust alone (without any filling), bake until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 1, 9-inch pie crust
