Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C. fresh cranberries
    1 med apple, cut into 1/4 in. cubes
    1/3 C brown sugar
    1/4 C orange juice
    3 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp grated lime zest
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Bring all ingredients to a boil in 2-quart saucepan over med heat. Reduce heat and simmer vigorously until thickened, about 15 min. Let cool and refrigerate, or use hot on waffles. I topped it with a Tbsp of no-sugar syrup on the waffle, and added some walnuts, delicious!
Makes 2 cups, one serving is 1/3 cup.
