*Yeast - Fleischmann's ActiveDry Yeast, 2.5 tsp
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
*All Purpose Enriched White Flour, 2 cup
*Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
*Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 1 tsp
Honey, 3 tbsp
*Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.5 cup at room tempature
If baking in bread machine use medium setting.
If baking in oven use manual or dough cycle to knead dough. Remove from berad maker, knead manually on floured cutting board, then place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or when loaf sound hollow when tapped.
Serving Size: Make one large loaf
