Cherry Berry Pie

Introduction

A crustless pie filled with cherries, blueberries and raspberries and a crisp struessel topping. A crustless pie filled with cherries, blueberries and raspberries and a crisp struessel topping.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Frozen Sweet Cherries, 1 cup,
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup,
    Raspberries, frozen, 1 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat Oven to $350

Place fruit in small bowl and toss with 1 tbsp of the flour. Pour into pie pan.

Mix remaining flour, sugar and melted butter in small bowl til crumbly. Crumble on top of ffruit.

Bake for 45 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
