1 Package reduced fat Crescent Rolls 1 cup low fat ham diced 1 cup 2% Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Egg Substitute 1/4 cup milk
Spray the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the dish with the crescent rolls. Sprinkle the ham over the rolls evenly. (Optional: You can add spinach, broccoli or vegetables of your choice here too). Sprinkle half the cheese over the ham. Scramble the eggs with milk and pour over the rolls and ham. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until eggs have set.
