6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 stick butter 16 oz. sour cream 1/4 cup heavy cream 4 Tablespoons soy sauce Hormel bacon bits
Spray rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in dish. Under each breast, place a pat of butter. Sprinkle each breast with desired amount of bacon bits. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, soy sauce and heavy cream. Pour over chicken. Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional hour.
