Pork chop stuffing bake

Ingredients

1 pkg stove top stuffing dry
1 can of cream of celery soup, low fat
1/2 package frozen vegetables
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 - 4 ounce boneless pork chops, lean
2 tsp honey mustard
2 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Combine stuffing mix, soup, onion and frozen vegetables. Place in a pie plate sprayed with Pam. Place pork chops on top. Mix mustard and brown sugar, spread on top of pork chops. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
