Introduction

Lunch time mushroom soup is really great. Its quick and fills you up. One pot makes my lunch for half a week. I usually have it with whole grain ritz crackers stacked with a dab of original hummus and sliced cucumbers. Its a fantastic quick lunch. Lunch time mushroom soup is really great. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can family sized reduced fat Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup.

    1 Pkg Baby Bella Mushroom pieces and slices = 2 cups

    1 tsp Garlic Powder

    2 Tsp Black peper

    Water

Directions

In a 4 qt nonstick pot put 2 cups of raw mushroom pieces - cover with just enough water to cover tops of all mushrooms. Place lid on pot - steam mushrooms until soft. Add 1 can of condensed family sized cream of mushroom soup "Campbell's" and 1 can of water. Bring to a boil. 1 tsp of garlic powder 2 tsp of black pepper. Simmer 10 min 1.5 cups = 1 serving
