French Onion Soup - Vegetarian

Ingredients

    1 lb Onions
    64 oz Vegetable Broth
    Croutons
    Cheese

Directions

1. Cut up onions to appropriate size desired.
2. Cook onions until soft.
3. Add the vegetable broth
4. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes
5. Feel free to serve with crouton and cheese
