Ingredients

    6 oz udon noodles
    5 tbsp grated Parmesan
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 medium onion
    1/2 zucchini
    1.5 cups spaghetti sauce
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzerella cheese
    20 oz ground turkey

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and cool to room temperature. In a bowl, combine spaghetti, Parmesan, and eggs. Transfer to a 10 inch pie plate coated with cooking spray and form into a crust. set aside
Chop onion and zucchini.

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook turkey, onion, and zucchini until turkey is no longer pink. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce, heat through. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust top with turkey mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
