Ingredients

6 raw boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
1/3 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp garam masala
1 clove garlic pressed or minced
    juice of 1 lime

Directions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garam masala, garlic and lime juice until well blended and creamy. Add the chicken tenderloins and toss until well coated with the yogurt mixture. Thread 3 tenderloins onto each of 2 metal skewers (if using bamboo skewers make sure to soak them in water for 20 minutes prior to using them). Grill on a propane grill for about 3 minutes on each side, basting with the leftover yogurt mixture. Make sure the chicken is cooked through before removing from the grill and serving.
