Ingredients

    2 links pork sausage
    1 c elbow macaroni
    1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
    2 stalks celery chopped
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    1 can non fat chicken broth
    2 red ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp ground thyme
    1 tsp sa;t

Directions

Cut sausage into bite sizes, remove casings if desired. chop onions,celery and tomatoes. Add to chicken broth. add seasonings and sausage and macaroni cook for at least 1/2 hour . Add water if too thick.
