2 cups Kale
1/2 acorn squash cubed
1 can Corn
1 can Chickpeas
1/2 red onion
3 trader joe's Chicken Sausage (Sun dried tomato basil)
1 Bell Pepper
Trader Joe's Daily Seasoning
Vegetable bullion cube
Add corn, chickpeas with water, bell pepper, Cubed squash, seasoning
Chop sausage and saute in pan with onion
Add to pot and cook for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 2 cups
