A nice fall treat to start the day with. Can be made in advance and frozen for future enjoyment. Ingredients

    Tofu, soft 1/5 block
    Pumkin puree - 1/2 cup
    Soy Milk, 1/3 cup
    Dreyer's Light Pumpkin ice cream, 1/2 cup
    1/2 Banana, frozen
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Cinnamon sugar blend, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Blend it all together and enjoy!
