Ingredients

    chicken sauges 4
    bell peppers
    1/2 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cook sausages in ca frying pan with about 3/4 cup of water.
then slice peppers and onions in a little olive oil till tender.
combine both and serve over a bed of rice.
