    Wheat germ, crude, .8 cup (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)

Cook oatmeal in 1/2 cup milk for about 1and half minutes. Add mashed banana , flaxseed, almonds and wheat germ. Mix well and enjoy.
