Chicken and Pasta Cheddar Melt

Number of Servings: 6

1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's condensed chicken broth
    1 soup can water
3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta (I used Barilla whole grain penne pasta)
1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup (calls for cream of mushroom but i didn't have any)
    1 cup milk
1 can (about 6 oz.) canned chicken or tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
2 tbsp italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tsp butter OR margarine melted (I used 2 tbsp instead - read it wrong)

Heat the broth and water in a 10-inch skillet over high heat to a boil. Add the pasta. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook until the pasta is tender but still firm, stirring often. Do not drain.

Stir the soup, milk and tuna into the skillet. Top with the cheese. Mix the bread crumbs with the butter in a small cup. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the tuna/chicken mixture. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Cooking time includes prep time also.
