Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    can green beans
    can yellow corn
    can diced tomatoes
    can potaoes (diced or cut up whole)
    can of white (or whatever you like) beans
    2 c fat free chicken broth
    2 beef builion cubes
    packet of onion soup mix

Directions

place all ingredients in crock pot, do not drain veggies but DO drain beans. cook on low 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: makes 9 one cup servings at 110 cal per cup
