Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Diced Raw Celery
    1 medium 2-1/2" diag onion
    10 Cups fresh Bok Choy chopped
    1 can 3.5 Servings diced tomatoes
    6 cups Fat Free Chicken Broth

Directions

Dice Celery, onions and Bok Choy

Place chicken broth in slow cooker or on top of stove in
large pot. Add Vegetable and cook until firm/soft
Add diced tomatoes and cook 5 minuts more.


Serving Size: Makes approx 8 - 1 cup servings
