IntroductionMy favorite easy go-to chicken recipe. My favorite easy go-to chicken recipe.
6 chicken pieces, skin-on (I use 2 breasts and 4 thighs)
1 c white wine (I like Riesling)
8 pats of butter
2 T dried tarragon
2 T dried chervil
salt and pepper to taste
Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 or so minutes until the skin turns brown and bubbly.
