Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
    1/2 large ripe banana
    1/2 cup shredded carrot
    2 tablespoons raisins
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    hefty dash of nutmeg
    dash of salt
    2 teaspoons organic maple syrup or natural sweetener of your choice (optional)
    1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
    1 tablespoon raw sunflower kernels (optional)
    3/4 teaspoon Nutvia extra virgin coconut oil (1/2 to oil the baking dish & half to put in with the ingredients)
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 380F degrees. Oil a 4 cup Pyrex bowl with 1/2 of the coconut oil and set aside.
In another bowl mash and mix first 11 ingredients together until well incorporated. Add almond milk and mix again. Pour into prepared Pyrex dish and bake 40 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 2 cup serving or 2 1 cup servings
