Introduction

Slow cooker pork with potatoes, garlic and green beans recipe. Slow cooker pork with potatoes, garlic and green beans recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, 2 cans
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 3 tbsp
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 3 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Score top of pork with a sharp knife.
Pour lime juice over pork.
Slather/push minced garlic into/over pork, try to get some into the score marks if you can.
Season with onion powder, Allspice and black pepper.
Pour in water around base of pork.
Wash/scrub potatoes and then cut into equal chunks in eighths, place around pork.
Using one tablespoon each area, pour Teriyaki Marinate & Sauce over one side of potatoes, other side of potatoes and the last tablespoon use for the pork itself.
Cover and set on Low for about 7 hours.
Drain and add green beans over everything.
