1 head Cabbage, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
2 cups egg-free Wide Noodles, dry
2 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread
1 tbsp Caraway Seeds
1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Field Roast Frankfurters
Onions, raw, 1 medium
While cabbage is simmering, bring large pot of water to a boil and add noodles. Cook according to package directions. Drain and add to cabbage after liquid has cooked away. Add vegan margarine and stir through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
