Introduction

I think this is awesome for breakfast! It is high in protien and healthy goodness. Its also low in calories. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8oz Vanilla Almond Milk
    1 medium banana
    1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup plain greek yogart-optional
    scoop of whey protien and benefiber


Directions

Easy! Just put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Takes about 2 minutes if blender is lesser quality and 1 minute if you have a super blender!

If you freeze the peeled banana first, then it makes a milkshake :) the banana is inplace of icecream!
