Low Sodium Chicken Provencal (Chef Megs edited)

Ingredients

    1.75 lbs. chicken breast boneless skinless
    1 yellow pepper diced
    1 lg. red bell pepper diced
    16 oz. canneloni beans dried
    1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes no salt added.
    2 tsps basil
    1 tsp No Salt
    dash black pepper
    1 tsp thyme

Tips


Directions

Cook beans separately according to directions.
Add all ingredients except beans to crock pot and cook on low for 7 hrs, adding beans for the last 10-15 minutes to warm them through
