Steel cut oats w/ apple juice

Ingredients

    2 Cups Steel Cut Oats
    6 Cups Water
    2 Cups Unsweetened Apple Juice
    1 Tbsp Buttery Spread

Directions

Add water, juice, oats, and butter to 4 Quart saucepan, bring to boil, boil several minutes then simmer until 30-45 minutes until reaching the desired consistency. Can serve a whole family, or refrigerate remainder in containers to enjoy throughout the week.
