Introduction

pizza like taste with Noooo bread crust. pizza like taste with Noooo bread crust.

Ingredients

    2 whole large eggs
    3 large egg whites
    approx 1 tsp. olive oil
    italian spices (basil, oregano etc)
    1/4to 1/2 cup red and green bell pepper
    1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
    1/4 to 1/2 onion
    1/4 block of cream cheese
    approx 1/4 cup Ragu Garden veg. sauce

Directions

beat eggs and egg whites
heat a large oven ready skillet on stove top
with olive oil, sprinkle herbs/spices in olive oil.
heat til aromatic. slowly pour in egg mixture in
hot pan allowing to bubble...pour slowly and
try to keep egg mixture "thin" by pouring in different areas.
allow "crust " to slightly brown. with spatula curl sides in like a pizza crust. add ragu sauce, spreading thinly along crust.( oven should be on about 400 degrees). chop cream chesses into small peices and place in ragu trying to space evenly. add chopped veggies. put in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.allowing veggies to cook. watch closely and adjust heat according to your oven so as not to burn crust.
