Power Banini Muffins

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    *Country Choice Organic Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 0.5 cup, mashed
    Zucchini, 0.5 cup, mashed
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
    **Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet, 16 serving
    Apple Pie spice, 2 tsp
    Whey Isolate protein, 1 oz
    Water, tap, 0.33 cup
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

Mill oats to flour consistency. Mix whey protien with water and truvia. Mix in remaining wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients separately. Blend together. Bake at 350 deg for 12-14 min.
