2 lbs ground pork, lean
1 bunch of spinach, washed and chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup soy paste (to taste)
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. black pepper
Serve over rice . Add steamed or sauted vegetables as a side.
Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
