Quesadilla Burgers

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 tsp Goya adobo seasoning
    2 tsp dried cilantro
    1 tbsp Lee & Perins Worcestershie sauce
    1 small tomato, diced
    1/4c chopped onion
    1 tsp lemon juice
    8 flour tortilla (small, taco size)
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup shredded romaine
    1 tbsp thousand island dressing

Directions

Mix ground beef, goya adobo seasoning, worchestershire sauce, and 1/2 of the dried cilantro. Divide into 4 equal patties.
Mix together tomato, onion, remaining dried cilantro, and lemon juice.
Cook patties to your liking.
On a heated griddle, place on tortilla. Top the tortiall with 1/4 of each, romaine, cheese, tomato onion mixture, and thousand island dressing. On this place a cooked burger. Top it with another tortilla. Cook until the bottom tortilla is slightly crispy. Flip the stack over and cook until the bottom tortilla is slightly cripsy. Serve and enjoy!
