1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda (1/2 tsp at high altitude)
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Smart Balance baking stick
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 extra large egg
Melt Smart Balance stick in microwave.
Mix buttermilk and egg together well. Add Smart Balance.
Stir wet and dry ingredients together.
Cook on preheated griddle till bubbles rise through flip.
Cook till brown on both sides.
Serving Size: Makes 10 3 inch pancakes-3 servings
