Ingredients

    Almonds, 2 cup, whole (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)
    Pancake Syrup, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

1. Combine almonds, craisins, and raisins in food processor; pulse for 30 seconds or so until broken into small-ish pieces.

2. Add maple syrup and pulse for an additional 30 seconds until mixture is sticky and beginning to clump together.

3. Using ice cream scoop, scoop mixture and form ball shape with hands; place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour to harden before placing in air tight container for storage! Makes 16 Nut Clusters.
