2-8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tub Cool Whip
Combine Cream Cheese, Sugar, and Vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Add one egg at a time to the mixture.
Pour 1 cup of this mixture into the pie crust.
Add pumpkin, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the bowl with mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour this new mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool and top with Cool Whip.
Serving Size: Make 8 slices
