Ingredients

    *Lactaid Fat Free Milk, 1 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Flaxseed, 1 tbsp

Directions

Blend 1 cup skim milk and 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries in blender for 1 minute. Transger to glass and stir in 1 Tbsp cold-compressed organic flaxseed oil (or serve with 1 Tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds).

Serving Size: makes 1 serving
