Ingredients

    .75 Cup White Flour
    .75 Cup Corn Meal
    .75 Cup Nonfat Milk add 1 T Vinegar
    2 Teaspoons baking poweder
    .5 Teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    Sour Milk and add all ingredients beating together until mixed.
    Cook in nonstick pan on stove on low heat approximately 10 minutes on each side.

    Divide into 8 pieces and serve hot.
