Home made honey roasted peanut butter

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
    1 Tbsp Honey
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

Place 1/2 cup or so of peanuts in food processor, chop till chunky, then remove from food processor and set aside.
Add 2 cups dry roasted peanuts in food processor, chop till chunky, add honey, add oil and continue chopping till stiff. This will not be a runny creamy peanut butter. Remove from food processor and place in a mixing bowl, mix in the chunky peanuts that had been set aside, use a metal or wood spoon to press the chunks into the processed peanut butter.
