Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 11oz can corn, vacuum packed
    1 17 oz can cream style corn
    1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled a little
    2 eggs beaten
    8 oz sour cream
    1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix 8.5 oz
    1 can chopped green chilis (optional)

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. Add green chilis, if using. Add muffin mix and mix gently until all Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
